Yes. The stoneware clay used in production is local and of high quality without any water absorbance. The durability comes with this quality clay fired high at 1250 degrees Celsius.

We have many years of experience developing and producing stoneware for professional restaurants and cafés.

Yes. Our stoneware can go into the dishwasher or microwave again and again without issue. It is also safe for steamers and ovens up to 250 degrees Celsius.

Yes. All our products are tested and certified for food safety and are free of any heavy metals or other dangerous materials. You can see our certification here.

Yes, we’re currently working on some new limited drops of coloured glazes. You can sign up to our newsletter here to get an email whenever new glazes or collections are introduced.

We don’t currently offer glaze samples, unfortunately.

It depends on the type of discount since some can be combined and others cannot or are limited to certain products or bundles. You can enter up to five different discount codes at checkout and our system will automatically apply as many as possible to get you the maximum total discount.

We recommend double-checking to make sure you’ve entered the code correctly and that the discount code hasn’t expired.

Not all of our items are eligible for discounts so make sure you’re using a discount code that works on the pieces you want to buy.

If your order was placed during a sale or using an active promo code and you don’t think your order was properly discounted, we would love to take a look and help. Just send us a message at hello@ancherstudio.com with your request.

We're happy to combine orders placed within 24 hours of each other, provided that we are contacted before the first order is shipped out. Please email us at hello@ancherstudio.com for order combination requests.

If you want to cancel or change your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@ancherstudio.com and we will do our best to complete your request.

We offer most standard shipment options and carriers, depending on your location. You can see all our shipping options here.

If you like, you’re also able to come by our showroom at Godthåbsvej 24, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark to pick up your order. Just select the pickup option at checkout.

We offer free shipping for any orders of more than 1000 kr (Denmark) or €135 (EU and Norway).

Unfortunately, we’re generally not able to lower shipping rates or prices.

We typically ship orders within 3-5 business days. You can always track your order and its status with the unique tracking number you receive in your order shipment confirmation.

Once your order is processed in our warehouse you’ll receive an order shipment confirmation with a tracking number.
