The following terms, including our privacy policy, apply to the purchase of products via www.ancherstudio.com
Delivery can be made to addresses in Europe and North America. Addresses outside these locations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
An order placed online is generally dispatched within 3-5 business days, provided the product is in stock (stated in the ordering process).
The delivery time is always provided in business days. The expected delivery time is 1-5 days, within the EU. Longer delivery times can be expected for international shipments. If a product is ordered which, at the time of the order, is unexpectedly unavailable, Ancher will contact the customer as soon as possible for further arrangements.
We are liable in accordance with general Danish and European legislation.
Delivery options and prices always appear at checkout. Orders with a total > 1000 kr (Denmark) or > €135 EUR (rest of world) are free of charge.
The prices that appear on our website at the time the order is placed are valid. The prices include VAT but exclude delivery.
Before ordering, you can always see delivery costs in the basket.
ApplePay, MobilePay, Visa, Dankort and Mastercard can be used at www.ancherstudio.com. No additional fee is charged when paying by credit card.
No money is withdrawn until the products have been dispatched. If you have ordered several products and one of the products is unavailable, we will only deduct the payment for this product when it is dispatched.
Your payment and card information is stored with Ancher’s chosen PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry, Data Security Standard) certified partner. The information is therefore stored in a secure PCI-certified environment that meets international security standards until the payment transactions are completed. When you use a payment card on ancherstudio.com, only Ancher’s PCI DSS certified partner, and not Ancher, has access to your card details. Processing of your card information is therefore solely a matter between you and Ancher’s PCI DSS certified business partner, even if it happens while you are using ancherstudio.com.
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases on www.ancherstudio.com. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day the product is received.
Withdrawal can only be made by refusing to accept the goods if Ancher ApS is given clear notice of this at the same time.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt of the product to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to hello@ancherstudio.com. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Delivery of products that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
Ancher customer service must always be informed before you return products. This can be done via the standard form which is sent either by letter or e-mail.

You must send your products for return back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will cover the direct costs of returning the products, unless it falls under one of the exceptions mentioned in our returns policy. When returning the products, you are responsible for ensuring that the products are properly packed. You bear the risk for the products from the time of delivery.
Due to their nature, certain products cannot be returned by normal mail.
You are as a customer liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties, and the way it functions. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the products and in some cases, you may only get back the shipping costs, if applicable. In order to be paid the full amount for the products, these must be undamaged. Each product that has been delivered and is to be returned is recommended to be returned complete, with all parts included and in original packaging, missing parts or the original packaging may result in a reduction in the value of the product.
When you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery charges.
However, if you have purchased several products in one order and regret only part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs. If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the extra cost.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation.
However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have sent documentation that the products have been returned. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
If you, as a customer, want to complain because you feel that a product from us deviates from what was expected, please register your complaint in our complaints system so that we can deal with your inquiry quickly and efficiently.
For a complaint to be justified, the following points must be met:
You must be able to prove your purchase by presenting the invoice for the products the complaint is about.
If you are a private customer, you can complain about defective products within 24 months from the invoice date if you inform us within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. If you inform us within 2 months, it will always be considered within a reasonable time.
If you are a professional customer, the complaint deadline is also 24 months from the invoice date, but you must inform us immediately after the defect has been identified.
Description of the complaint It is important that the complaint is described as fully as possible.
For this purpose, we have prepared a form which provides an overview of the information we need for assessment and root cause analysis.
It will facilitate the processing of the case if you attach pictures that illustrate what the complaint is about. The better information we receive, the better opportunity we have to process the inquiry.

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact hello@ancherstudio.com. If we are unable to reach an agreement, you can file a complaint with the relevant complaints board.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to Nævnenes Hus via naevneneshus.dk.
If you live in an EU country other than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaints portal here.
Ancher is not liable towards the Customer in the event of force majeure.
